Sonora Wheated

Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Teal silhouette of a bird in flight against a beige grid background.

Seven years in barrel, this one speaks for itself. Built on Sonora soft white wheat, one of North America’s oldest heritage grains, this bourbon leans soft, sweet, and deeply textured, shaped by years of careful watch under the Texas sun. For this release, Austin based artist Jason Eatherly brings a custom hot rod to the label, channeling his signature take on movement, wear, and reinvention. Time, well spent.

  • PROOF: 114 proof | 57% ABV

  • MASHBILL: 70% Texas White Corn, 25% Sonora Soft White Wheat, 5% Wildfire Malted Barley

  • NOSE: Soft with notes of toffee, dried sunflower, pecan, toasted bread, raw almond, cherry cola and rich wood resin.

  • PALATE: Rich and dense with hints of almond mousse, fresh croissant, orange blossom, rose hips, muscat jelly, and pancakes with butter pecan glaze.

  • FINISH: Long with soft and sticky tannins. Notes of cranberry skin, ripe pomegranate, fresh wood sap, and cured tobacco leaf establish balance and structure.

  • RELEASE DATE: Monday, June 22 at 1 PM CT — available exclusively online
