What tour should I book?
Our Distillery Tour is perfect for the whiskey curious, an educational and light-hearted tour perfect for day trippers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and newcomers to Texas whiskey making!

Our Grain to Glass Tour is an elevated tour designed for the whiskey enthusiast, who has a passion for education! This tour is formatted for smaller groups and those seeking open forum discussion on the art of Texas whiskey.
Run Time: 90 Min
Our Exclusive Distiller’s Tour is for the true aficionados, looking for that inside glimpse of life at the Distillery. This tour is led by one of our very own distillers and focuses heavily on the day-to-day craft of producing spirits.

Do I need reservations for the tour?
Tour reservations are recommended, as availability is limited, and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Walk-ins are welcome on the standard Distillery Tour only.
When do I need to arrive?
We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for check-in. Those arriving more than 10 minutes after tour start time will not be permitted to join the tour, and no refund will be issued.
I have a complimentary tour card. How do I book that?
Please email our General Manager at jes@stillaustin.com with preferred date and time in mind. Please *note* that complimentary tours are not available on weekends, and can be redeemed for standard Distillery Tour only.
Is the tour inside? Do I need to wear walking shoes?
Yes, the tour is inside- and close-toed, comfortable shoes are recommended.
Can children or anyone under 21 come on the tour if they are not drinking?
Unfortunately, no. TABC law does not allow anyone under 21 years of age in the Distillery. This includes those in strollers and carriers.
Are pets allowed on the tour?
No, pets are not permitted on the tour. However, we DO allow pets on our outdoor patio. They must be well-trained, on a leash, and supervised. Water bowls are provided on site.
Are there any other perks with the tour?
Guests of the tour will be provided a coupon to use on merchandise in our Tasting Room gift shop.
What is the refund policy if I can't make it?
In order to be eligible for a full refund, tour cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to jes@stillaustin.com no less than 48 hours prior to tour start.
No refund will be provided in the case of no show, tardiness, or last minute cancellation. No exceptions.
