Hill Country Sour
‘The Musician’ Straight Bourbon, lemon, honey, red wine
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Still Austin Straight Bourbon
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Red Wine
Instructions:
Shake whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Pour over ice and top with red wine. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and berry.

Retail
Is merch sold in just one spot?
The Bottle Shop is home base for merch. You’ll find the full selection there. A curated mix is also available in the Atrium if you’re already having a cocktail at the bar.
Where can I buy bottles?
Still Austin bottles are available in the Bottle Shop and the Atrium.
Spaces & Entertainment
Will there always be music playing in the Vinyl Lounge, even when there’s no DJ?
Always. House music keeps the room alive whether there’s a DJ behind the booth or not.
Will sports ever be on?
Sometimes. We have a TV in the Vinyl Lounge, and it may occasionally show a game. We’re not a sports bar, but we love our Teams as much as the next fan.
Are shows in the Music Room seated or standing?
Generally standing. A handful of shows may be seated and we’ll let you know about those in advance.
Is there ever a cover charge or ticketed show?
No cover charges or ticketed shows; we want everyone to experience great music. If that changes, we’ll make sure ticketing info is front and center before you make the drive.

What are the food service hours?
The kitchen closes one hour before we do. Check our hours and plan accordingly.
What exclusive pours can I find at the Quarter?
Our library and exclusive pours rotate. We'll always have an updated list for you at each of the bars.
Policies
What’s the age policy?
The Still Austin Quarter is all ages. Age requirements for specific shows will be communicated when tickets or event details are released.
Are pets allowed?
Of course. Leashed pets are welcome on the patio.
What’s the bag policy for shows?
We’ll share any bag requirements ahead of individual shows. When in doubt, keep it small.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are, just make sure all your bits are covered.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking on Still Austin Quarter property. You’re welcome to step out to the alley down the way or out front past the parking lot.
Do you take reservations?
We don’t. All spaces are first come, first served.
Is there wifi? Can I work from here?
We have guest wifi. That said, we’d love for you to put the laptop away, grab a cocktail, and stay a while.
