Madeira Cask Finished Rye Whiskey

For this Distillery Reserve release, we started with our 2.5 year aged rye whiskey and finished it in ex-Madeira sherry casks for a rich, complex flavor profile. This exceptional spirit is paired with the bold artwork of Austin tattoo artist Dylan Mott. Each bottle is a testament to the artistry of distillation and the beauty of self-expression, making it a true Texas original.

TASTING NOTES
‍
Nose - Earthy and Sweet, with a splash of spiced plum & cedar. Hints of creme brûlée, red and black currant, & root beer candy.
‍Palate - Oily and dense with flavors of sweet molasses and charred oranges, lightened by notes of roasted almonds, nutmeg, brown sugar, & pipe tobacco.
‍Finish - Gripping finish with hints of cherry cordial, soft leather, graham cracker crust, & candied ginger.
