Master Blender Nancy Fraley explores our oldest cask-strength barrels in search of something truly exceptional— a whiskey so distinctive it deserves to stand alone. These limited-edition Nancy’s Picks are released exclusively at our Austin Distillery, offering whiskey lovers a rare chance to experience Nancy’s world-renowned craftsmanship firsthand.

Since blending our flagship bourbon, The Musician, in 2020, Nancy has shaped every expression we’ve released. Her remarkable sense of aroma and taste —so refined she can often tell where a barrel was aged in the rickhouse— has earned her recognition as one of the most gifted blenders in the world. This month’s selections highlight her artistry at its most inspired.

November 2025 Nancy’s Pick Straight Rye Whiskey

Mashbill: 100% Brasetto rye
Nose: A kaleidoscope of aromas—honeysuckle blossoms, sugar cookies topped with cinnamon and chocolate sprinkles, cappuccino with nutmeg
Palate: Jasmine blossoms, glazed doughnuts, and pumpkin spice latte
Finish: Lingering notes of bergamot orange and Turkish delights

November 2025 Nancy’s Pick Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Mashbill: 70% white corn, 25% Brasetto rye, 5% wildfire malted barley
Nose: Rich, unctuous, and dark berry–forward, with blackberry-maple pancake syrup, black currant jam, and figs stuffed with blue cheese
Palate: Aged balsamic vinegar, blueberry muffins with melted butter, and boysenberry cobbler topped with Cabernet Sauvignon sorbet
Finish: Luxurious notes of thick raspberry liqueur over chocolate chip ice cream
